L-3 Communication/D.P. Associates Inc. is looking to hire an AMCM or OAMCM Subject Matter Expert to develop Computer Base Training. The candidate should have knowledge and expertise of an operator, technician, maintainer, repairer or other similar specialty, which is primarily responsible for the operation, employment, maintenance, repair of systems, subsystems, or equipment in the areas of or related to military training systems. A background in the area of training a plus.

Duties: |
*Responsible for the technical and operational accuracy of the subject matter undergoing revision and maintenance for systems, subsystems, or equipment.
*Ability to develop computer/web-based aviation training courseware for classroom and self-paced instruction.
*Skilled at validating the accuracy of the applicable Airborne Mine Countermeasures (AMCM) or Organic Airborne Mine Countermeasures (OAMCM) systems, subsystems, or equipment.
*Must be able to communicate clearly verbally and in writing and be computer literate.
*Work with the design team to ensure the content is accurate, meets military standards, and contractual requirements. Excellent writing, editing, and computer skills desired.
*Review courseware and tactical publications to identify and correct inaccurate data resulting from publication and weapon system changes.
