Description: |
| Analyzes commercial loan requests to determine risk involved in the transaction and whether the loan meets the approved lending guidelines. |
Duties: |
*Analyze credit information presented in the commercial loan request
*Contact commercial lenders for clarity and missing information from the loan request
*Document summary of credit analysis
*Analyze commercial financial statements, prepare cash flow analysis, perform ratio and trend analysis
*Remain knowledgeable on industry standards and regulations as well as Company policies and guidelines |
Qualifications: |
*Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or equivalent experience in relevant field
*Minimum of 3 years of experience in a credit related field
*Demonstrated ability to understand priciples of finance, accounting and commercial loan structure
*Ability to handle detailed work in an expeditious manner
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Demonstrated customer service mentality
*Ability to sit for periods of time at a computer |
