Description: | Were searching for a Senior Creative Developer to work hand in hand with our creative group to build highly interactive and immersive on-line experiences for our Fortune 500 clients. Your passion for solving problems and participating in the creative conceptualization of new projects leads to success not only for you, but for your entire team. Your primary role in this position is to develop on the Flash platform using Actionscript 3.
What does Senior mean? It means you should have at least 4 years of experience building interactive web applications, strong communication skills, strong overall creative skills (design, flowing animation, etc.), and the ability to work with the diverse personalities and skill sets that exist throughout our company.
This is not a static job, and we dont want static employees. We want developers with a strong desire to stay on the forefront of new technologies including Adobe AIR, Flash 10, Papervision3D, XNA, Objective-C for the iPhone/iPad platforms.

Required Skills and Experience
Expert knowledge of Photoshop and the Adobe Creative Suite
Proficiency in Actionscript 3 (AS3)
Ability to architect, document, and update solutions for the team
Intimate knowledge of Flash IDE (CS3/CS4)
Experience with the Flex SDK and external code libraries (i.e. Papervision3d)
Knowledge of asynchronous web services using REST and SOAP
Excellent communication skills
The ability to lead and mentor other team members
The Icing on the Cake (not necessary, but definitely sets you apart from the rest)
Objective C / iPhone Development
Flash Remoting / BlazeDS / Flash Media Server (FMS)
Adobe AIR
Microsoft Silverlight / C#
Experience with Flex/MXML & Flexbuilder
Unity
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
