Description: |
| Project Services engineer for DOE, other Federal clients and commercial energy industry. Responsibilities include assessing project plans such as integrated work breakdown structures, schedules, cost estimates and resource loading. Individual will assess project execution and project controls including cost accounting, progress, earned value and construction management, as well as develop schedules and cost estimates for client projects. Primary work location will be in Alexandria (VA) office with periodic travel to client facilities. |
Qualifications: |
BS degree in Engineering, Business Management or Construction Management with 2+ years of experience. Applicant will have a strong construction management background or other field experience and may also have experience with project management, scheduling, cost estimating and earned value management. Familiarity with DOE 413, ANSI/EIA-748, Primavera, MS Project, Cobra or Prism is a plus. Must be able to obtain a security clearance. Strong communication skills and demonstrated willingness to tackle new problems and take on new responsibilities is required.
