General Summary
Serve as part of a team within the Joint Intelligence Task Force-Counterterrorism (JITF-CT) supporting the Department of Defense mandated terrorist watch list. Applies in-depth intelligence analytic skills to identify, assess, and report on all-source strategic and operational intelligence pertaining to the JITF-CT mission. Able to obtain/maintain a security clearance at the TS/SCI level.

Duties: |
Principal Duties/Responsibilities
-Candidate is responsible for performing intelligence analysis activities related to ensuring the quality and accuracy of nominating known and suspected terrorist to a national watch-list. This will include:
- reviewing incoming watch-list data,
- performing reviews of historical records following an encounter where a potential discrepancy in watch-list records has been detected, and
- conducting special quality assurance projects, such as performing a targeted review of specific areas of interest. Candidate will use multiple government databases in order to provide in-depth, all-source, multi-discipline analysis and recommendations; prepare intelligence products, reports and other deliverables using Microsoft Office products.
Candidate may be called upon to support operational missions in support of national security objectives.
Candidate may also provide CT training as required

Qualifications: |
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Five (5) years experience conducting counterterrorism analysis
-TS/SCI clearance required, CI polygraph preferred
- Military experience in a deployed environment conducting intelligence analysis a plus
- Experience maintaining government agency watch lists a plus
- Intelligence Watch experience a plus
- Experience using the following tools is a plus:
* TIDE - Terrorist Identities Datamart Environment
* WISE - Web Intelligence Search Engine (little background
* BIR - Biometric Intelligence Resource
* JDIMS - Joint Detainee Information Management System
* Joint Detainee Information Management System (JDIMS) is an information management tool controlled by the Joint Intelligence Group (JIG), developed and used primarily to support interrogations. Information stored on this database includes interrogation reports, intelligence messages, intelligence reports, analyst products, and periodic detainee assessments by DoD and other U.S. Government organizations, such as the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Task Force (CITF).
* ISM – Intelligence Synchronization Matrix.
* NOL - NGTC Online - enables the U.S. government's counterterrorism community to post, manage and access finished intelligence products, raw cable messages and other relevant data in a classified environment.
