Description: |
Receives emergency road service calls from members; gathers, documents and passes on necessary information to provide timely service; works with members to determine best course of action; explains benefits and what actions will occur; offers advice and assistance to help members deal with their situation.
Asking the appropriate questions regarding tire changes, jumpstarts, lockout and tows. Part-time position.

Duties: |
Interact with members to obtain information relating to emergency road service request.
Receives calls from members; offers club services
Gathers information from custombers and documents necessary data; passes on all information to dispatch.
Takes action to deal with members emotional state as necessary
Takes special action to help members determine exact location of vehicle or meeting place when member is uncertain of location.
Explains membership benefits and additional charges related to service, if applicable.
Listens and probes for more information when necessary, to prioritize calls.
Based on information collected about the situation, works with member to make a preliminary determination on the best course of action.
Gives members all necessary instructions to ensure complete understanding of the services that will be rendered.
Provides advice and counsel to members regarding problem resolution, as appropriate.
Receives calls regarding service delays or other changes to the situation, and follows up as appropriate; ensures that all pertinent update information is documented.
Responds to a wide variety of questions members may ask or refers members to other departments.
Recommends AAA products and services based on member needs.

Qualifications: |
High school diploma or GED.
Must have a clear and understanding phone voice.
Knowledge of the Hampton Roads area is a plus.
Looking for applicant that is flexiable with work schdule. Part time hours up to 25-30hrs per week.
