| 3Degrees Outreach Associates are the front line of communication and education for the Dominion Green PowerSM program. Members of the Team will work collaboratively to educate and enroll customers in the program through community outreach at storefront tables, festivals, and other community events. 3Degrees is looking for team players that are committed to the environment, stellar communicators, outgoing and are looking to make a difference. This is a seasonal position from March 2012 - November 2012 |
Duties: |
| Represent the Dominion Green Power program at tabling locations and events and enroll customers into the Dominion Green Power program.
Keep up-to-date on the Dominion Green Power program and accurately communicate the goals and specifics of the program to customers and answer customer questions.
Set up displays, tents, banners, and booths, store and maintain all equipment and materials
Provide all enrollments and detailed information on each tabling experience to the Richmond Outreach Coordinator
Participate in regular meetings with the Richmond Outreach Coordinator, Partnership Manager and other Team members
Attend all necessary trainings in order to become an expert in the Dominion Green Power program.

Qualifications: |
| Dedication to sustainability and renewable energy
Sales or outreach experience
Well spoken, outgoing and dynamic personality
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Must be comfortable approaching new customers at events
Ability to stay on feet for 4-5 hours at a time and work in cold or warm weather
Access to reliable vehicle, cell phone, and computer with Internet access
